Workplanner customization

Hi, 

Currently there is "internal note" (as a box ticked or not which indicates if there is internal note or not) in the workplanner (Sales ledger / workplanner).

I would like to add an "internal note" column (but as a text) to workplanner (so person could see the internal note directly without going to the sales order). How should i do that?
