AX 2012 R2 Upgrade check list Error

Hi All,

I am upgrading AX 2012 R2 from AX 2009 EE.

while running check list(run live preprocessing script) , i got  Error Message: The dimension value 400 for dimension Department does not exist.
ReleaseUpdateTransformDB50_Ledger.accountDimensionPreProcessing(534). Last control data: 534,5637144583  and it not allow to run other job .

can any one give the suggession to solve this error?
