Sending Report as pdf in email(Navision Closes unexpectedly)

Hi,

1)I have created a report in 2009 R2.

2)When i select a customer no. it displays related information of customer.

3)Then it has to be converted asPdf and sent it to customer email with pdf attachment.

4)I have used Bullzip Pdf Printer for this.

5)But my problem is that initially pdf was created and it has been sent to email with attachment correctly.

6)After 7 or 8 mail has been sent,when i again tried to sent mail, navision closes unexpectedly with an error message.

Please help me over the issue.I have attached the error attachment.
