I installed navision 2013 database in one server, service tier in another server , client installed locally ,created 5 users in RTC and in sql and tried to connect from client
for 5 users development environment is working fine
for RTC 3 users it is connecting fine but the other 2 getting the below error

i verified waldo site and done the same thing but no use
we installed 2013 locally to the other 2 users they are able to connect their local database successfully using RTC and development environment
