how to filter the data in the from according to particular fields on the form

Hi All,

I am creating a form and i add two controls on the form ,Item No and Lot No. This form has not source table.and these two fields are derived in the globle variables, then i create two subform in the name of Item Ledger Entry and Warehouse Entry.

and i select subform ID respectively, now i want when i put value into that two fields then below tables values are filterd,how could i?
