Inheriting dimension from main bom to sub bom

Hi,

i am have an issue, when i assign a dimension in my sub BOM item, and then i create a production order for the main BOM, the dimension of the sub BOM is not showing.

but if i create a production order for sub BOM individually the dimension will be shown.

so how this main BOM and sub BOM dimension is working?
