Production Chain Dynamics ax 2009

i have 3 companies
items are structured like this:
05xxxx is composed of 12xxxx
and 12xxxx is composed of 11xxxxx
A is the principal company  : on it we have 5 operation 2 of them must be done in B and C inter-company.
op1 is billed to Company B to product 11xxxxx.
op2  is billed to Company C to product 12xxxxx.
05xxxx is produced in A.
