Sorting Operations in Routing

I would have expected NAV to sort operation NUMBER in numerical order.

It sorts in Alpha numeric !  10, 100, 20, 30 etc.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this (without having to go 0010, 0020, 0030 etc.)
