Default Location Question

So I have an Item “Item-123”. 

I have inventory for this item in many locations in the same warehouse:

 Site                        Warehouse        Location               Quantity

001                         ABC                        A-01-01                  10

001                         ABC                        A-02-30                  20

001                         ABC                        B-03-10                 500

 I have set a default Site and Warehouse using Order Settings but need a way to always default the location. 

Every time I enter a Sales Order I want to default to this location.  How can I achieve this?

So in the above example every time I enter a Sales Order for Item Item-123 I always want the location 'A-01-01'.
