How to use Eligibility events of Payroll module.

Dear all,

When I create eligibility event on Payroll module at this directory:

Human resources/Periodic/Benefits/Eligibility events

Create new "eligibility event", eligibility type = test.

Add employee & benefit, I got the result:

"This worker has no active employment on the coverage start date." & this employee is not enrolled.
