AX 2009 - Procurement category is not getting populated in Purchase requisition lines

Hi,

In AX 2009, I have created  a Product group and added an item to it.

While creating a purchase requisition, I added this item., but when I look at the Purchase requisition lines, I cannot find the field PurchaseRequisitionLines.category being populated. Is there any way.
