Creating Request Page for RTC SaveAsPDF Functionality

Hello,

We have used SaveAsPDF Functions to generate PDF Documents in a Page which runs Our required Report without as asking Request Page.

Now,Inorder to fetch some details from user we are creating a page same as Request Page.

Please advice how to add Menu Buttons like Print  and Priview Buttons.

Wheather is it possible or not...?
