Inventory Valuation Quantity out of synch with Item Card

I have 3 items out of my entire DB that are out of synch, the Item Ledger Entry table sums up to 60, but when I run calculate inventory I am only showing 30. My real inventory count is 50. How can I get this cleaned and matched up?
