Default Order Setting became disable?

Hi,

I have an issue when importing inventory data to AX2009. I have used template wizard to generate excel files with table relation InventTable, InventTableModule and InventItemLocation. the problem is, after completing import to AX it seems the process went well but when I check Inventory Management--> Default Order Setting, the field became disable

Any suggestion how to solve this issue? or another setup is required?
