Importing employee master in ax 2009

I am new to Ax . Any body tell me how to import employee masters in ax 2009 ....please  provide step by step..

below excel file we taken 4 fields .. 1) SL.no 2) SSO ID 3) EMP_ID 4 ) EMP_NAME 5) FUNCTION OR ROLE
