My company has certain amount of accounts bought from MS CRM online services and a proprietary application that communicates with MS CRM among other apps. We tend to uplift the communication to the level of federated single sign-on services and we have enabled our app for that.
I do not manage to find the two things below anywhere on the internet:
1) Is it possible to set MS CRM to communicate with another app over an identity provider that uses SAML? We have our ForgeRock's OpenAM identity provider already running on the web?
2) If bullet 1 is not possible then we will have to use ADFS. Is it possible to set our group of paid MS CRM accounts to communicate with our app over ADFS? All the instructions that I find are for installing a stand-alone MS CRM application? Is bullet 1 also possible to be set for our accounts and not a stand-alone app?
