Incident entity view based on login user

I have Incident entity and it contains department field. Users entity also have department field. so when user login into CRM application, and click incident the view should be loaded based on login user's department. Suppose i belongs to marketing Department and login into CRM, the incident entity view should loaded based my department. if someone belongs to IT department login into CRM application, the incident should be loaded with IT related incident. How to solve this.
