GL journal upload with Excel add-in

The header is uploading fine but with no lines.

1. I input the same 'dummy' value in the journal batch number (in bother header & lines) & voucher (in lines).
2. When I created my template witht the Dynamics AX add-in in Excel, the journal lines brought in "RecId" which I left blank in my upload test.
3. The line contained these fields
   1. Currency
   2. Journal batch number
   3. RecId
   4. Voucher
   5. line number.date
   6. line number.account type
   7. description
   8. company accounts
   9. ledger dimension
   10. ledger dimension.mainaccount
   11. ledger dimension.store
   12. ledger dimension.department
   13. ledger dimension.division
   14. ledger dimension.customer
   15. debit
   16. credit
4. my default account structure included the dimensions noted (customer allowed blanks)
5. just two lines in the upload
   1. line 1: 
      1. left blank - recid, ledger dimension, ledger dimension.customer
      2. debit - 777.77
   2. line 2:
      1. left blank - recid, ledger dimension, ledger dimension.customer
      2. credit - 777.77

Any ideas on why the lines did not load?
