Inventory Physical Date and Financial Date

Hi All

What will be the impact on the inventory and finance reports if we create the packing slip (PO or SO) after the date of Invoices (by Mistake) e.g. packing slip craeted on 20 jan 2013 but mistakenly invoice created on 20 Nov 2012.
