How to deploy customized form in EP(Sharepoint Site) at Client server

Hey!

I have added(customized) two fields(From date and To date) in Enterprise Portal-> Employee Services-> Create Cash Advance Form.......... in my server.

Now i want  this customized form to be deployed in Client environment(Server).

I mean what all objects to be exported and Imported in Client Server?

What is the process for migrating this customized form to client Server?
