I am trying to find a mechanism which automatically calculates a discount for sales orders which we receive via the web shop.
Issue is that I can identify that the sales orders are coming from the web shop, but sometimes the customer also order by phone and then the discount must not be applied.
Should I use a customization for this? Or does somebody know a way to solve this?
